For over 10 years, I have dedicated my practice to professional training law and employment law.
I represent and advise French and international companies on private and public law, as well as all players in the field of professional training, such as educational institutions; training organizations; funding organizations; vocational training centers; corporate universities; certification organizations and professional branches.
I also conduct in-house and inter-company training sessions, as well as training sessions for the members of a branch or OPCO.

Education and occupational training law
- Feasibility studies for setting up a training business or taking over a training business (legal and tax aspects)
- Legal audits (audits of training activities and/or certification as part of compliance, Qualiopi certification or restructuring operations)
- Drafting of contractual documents and agreements (internal regulations, training agreements and contracts, pedagogical subcontracting agreements, pedagogical partnership agreements, etc.)
- In-depth legal knowledge applicable to training providers (administrative and accounting obligations, in particular the procedures for completing pedagogical and financial reports, intellectual property related to the design of pedagogical content, VAT aspects related to apprenticeship and vocational training)
- Support for the roll-out of certification training courses (creation, partnerships, etc.). )
- In-depth legal knowledge applicable to joint training funding bodies
- Support for professional branches in implementing their vocational training policy (drafting or reviewing collective agreements, methods of collecting a contribution dedicated to the funding of vocational training, deployment of branch certification, etc.)
- Support for administrative audits (DREETS) or audits carried out by funding bodies
- Management of legal and administrative disputes
- Design and delivery of practical training courses
