Employment Law Associate : Job Description

We recruit lawyers from top-ranking courses specialising in employment law, but also from DJCE, management schools and IEP. Dual training and/or a stay abroad is appreciated.

The Tasks

You will assist the firm’s corporate clients in both advisory and litigation matters. You will apply your skills to the benefit of a French and international clientele.

You will advise companies in all sectors of activity on the management of their human resources in France on a variety of issues (individual and collective relations, international mobility, restructuring, transfers of undertakings, remuneration, protection of personal data, etc.) and take part in international projects with other Littler member firms.

  • As a Junior Lawyer, you will be supervised and trained by an experienced associate or by your partner. Your work will be reviewed and corrected by your tutor, who will support you throughout your training and your career with the firm.
    You will receive training in both advisory and litigation work, and you will be able to make a long-term contribution to a supportive and dynamic team.
    You will quickly be able to manage independently and master all aspects of our business.
  • As a Senior or Experienced Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients of all sizes, both in advisory and litigation roles.
    You will be able to supervise a junior associate and be part of the firm for the long term. Working as part of a team with a partner, the partner will ensure that you complete your training so that you acquire the professional experience that will enable you to progress within our firm.

As part of our Vocational Training Law teams, you will be advising training providers in full-service mode on issues specific to their core business ( vocational training law, contract law, public procurement law, state aid law, tax law, etc.).

Profiles Wanted

  • Vous êtes titulaire du CAPA et d’un 3ème cycle en droit social (équipes Droit social) ou d’un 3ème cycle en droit privé des affaires (équipes Droit de la formation)
  • You are new to the profession or have experience in a practice.
  • You are fluent in English.
