I assist companies Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and French and international groups, particularly for the engineering and industry sectors by providing legal and operational advice, both in terms of their day to day labor law issues (working time, operation of the works council, collective bargaining, etc.) and the social aspects of their transformation and restructuring projects. I primarily work for companies belonging to groups French and international and SMEs, with a focus on engineering, industry, agri-food and construction.

- Social support for company transformations and restructuring
- Collective negotiations and overhaul of collective statutes (strategy, drafting, negotiation, etc.)
- Daily advice on human resources and social relations management
- Social dialogue and management of employee representative bodies (establishment, operation, CSE expertise, etc.)
- Optimization and security of working time and new forms of work
- Health and safety at work: AT/MP procedures, gross negligence, occupational hazard investigation
- Individual and high-risk collective litigation
