Skills and career development
This concept of “employability” is intrinsically related to management of skills and talent, which includes all aspects of the career path, career management and managing high potential employees in the company.

Your strategic partner
Implementing an effective training and apprenticeship policy is also a response to the recruitment difficulties facing companies today.
In addition to the support we provide to help companies meet their legal obligations, we offer employers and professional branches our legal and operational expertise to help them design their training policy and optimise the way it is financed.
We advise them on the negotiation of collective job and career path management (GEPP), helping them to draw up and implement management and monitoring tools.
Depending on the needs, we also offer to create professional certifications with professional fields among others as well as to set up of corporate universities and internal apprentice training centres. In this regard, we offer 360° legal support (in training law, company law, tax law, accounting law among others) to create an apprentice training centre/corporate university.
