Terms of use

Article 1 – Purpose

The present general conditions of use are intended to govern the use of the website of Littler France (hereafter “the Site”) by any user.

Consultation of the Site implies that the user has read and accepted these terms and conditions and commits to comply with them.

Article 2 – Loyal use

The user shall refrain from any act likely to alter or disrupt, in any way whatsoever, the normal operation of the Site.

Likewise, he/she shall refrain from any misuse of the personal information available on the Site.

Article 3 – Intellectual property

The user commits to respecting the intellectual property rights inherent in the Site and its contents, whatever their nature.

The user may download documents made available free of charge via the Site, in the form of electronic files specifically identified as being available for downloading.

The user is prohibited from reproducing or representing the Site, by any means and in any form whatsoever, without the express prior authorization of Littler France. It is strictly forbidden for the user to :

In accordance with article L.122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code, any representation or reproduction not expressly authorized, in whole or in part and by any process whatsoever, is illegal and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Article 4 – Publications

All intellectual productions published on the Site are for information purposes only and do not exempt the user from seeking appropriate advice tailored to his/her needs.

The use of these intellectual productions is under the sole responsibility of the user and does not bind Littler France.

Article 5 – Operation

Littler France commits itself to do everything possible so that the Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, Littler France takes no responsibility for the permanent availability and accessibility of the Site, and does not guarantee that the Site is free of errors. Indeed, Littler France could be forced to interrupt temporarily the access to the Site, in particular for needs of technical maintenance, without involving its responsibility of some manner that it is.

Article 6 – Statistical data 

When using the Site, cookies may be automatically installed on the user’s computer. These cookies do not allow the user to be identified, but serve only to measure the number of pages viewed, the number of visits and the user’s activity on the Site.

The user may refuse these cookies or delete them without affecting his or her browsing on the Site in any way whatsoever.

Article 7 – Links to other sites

The user is forbidden to set up a link between the Site and another website without the express and prior agreement of cabinet Littler France.

Cabinet Littler France cannot be held accountable for the consequences of accessing another site via a link if this link has been set up without its agreement.

Article 8 – Modification of conditions of use

Littler France reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. The user therefore commits to consulting them regularly.
