I assist a wide range of clients with the daily management of their HR issues, as well as implementing projects to transform their organisation. I apply my expertise to a pragmatic approach to labour relations and represent my clients in high-risk individual and collective disputes.
Areas of expertise
- Support for company transformations and restructuring (PSE, PDV, RCC, APC, etc.)
- Assistance in conducting union negotiations and dialogue with elected employee representatives
- Advice on the day-to-day management of labour relations
- Employee savings and remuneration policy
- Occupational health and safety: management of occupational accident and illness procedures, inexcusable misconduct, investigations, etc.
- High-risk individual and collective litigation
