François-Xavier assists his clients in the daily management of their social relations, including in the context of regular secondments, accompanies them in decision-making, implementation, and monitoring of reorganization projects. François-Xavier also manages the individual (contract termination, executive managers, economic litigation) and collective (election litigation, expertise, collective conflicts) labor disputes of his clients.
